Well, gosh darn it, Justice Alito decided to take a little siesta right when the Supreme Court was looking at a funny little case about President Trump. It was like when you pretend to sleep through your chores. The case was from a fella named DMT MacTruong who apparently thinks he helped Trump avoid getting yelled at by Congress... twice! He even wrote Trump an email telling him to 'shut up' about a scandal. Real helpful. Alito just wasn't there for it, officially. The Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom, basically said, 'Nice try, buddy,' and tossed the whole thing out. Poof! Gone!
